Most custom mattresses ship within a week.

We ship on Fridays.

Orders placed by Monday at 9 AM EST almost always make Friday delivery.

Tuesdays often work too.

Wednesday never makes the Friday delivery.

Most shipments are made through UPS or Fedex. Delivering carriers such as Fedex request a telephone number. It's a very good idea to supply it. Often it's necessary if the delivering driver has a problem. We will never use your number to call you, except to return your calls.

Once shipped the following UPS chart gives a reasonably good idea of transit times.

Its usually necessary for someone to be home to receive your mattress.
