No Defects Guarantee

I warrant that you can return any of my products in the first 30 days (after you receive it), for manufacturing defects or shipping damage. We will replace the mattress with another new one and pay the freight and packaging, both ways.

Ten Year Life Guarantee

If you feel that your mattress has worn out prematurely, we will replace it with a new one. The cost of the replacement mattress will be a percent of the cost of the new one.

You Will Like It Guarantee

I warrant that you will be satisfied with your mattress.

What that means is that if you are unhappy about your new mattress you can return it.

You will know within a few weeks after you start to use it, (not from when you receive it) if you are satisfied or not.

If you return the mattress at your own expense I will refund 80% of the purchase price. Of course that is not a 100% money back offer, but it sure shows that I am serious about this. The refund will be in the form of a refund on your credit card or PayPal account, or if you prefer, a check.

Also, of course, the mattress must be returned in new condition when you return it, but that's not hard to keep it clean for a few weeks. Even if you cannot return it perfectly clean, we will still refund 50% of the purchase price.
