SHIPPING

Shipping is usually done using FedEx. Occasionally we us DHL or UPS.

Our manufacturing cycle begins on Mondays and mattresses are usually ship by Fridays.

RETURNS

There is a fairly liberal return policy. It is spelled out in the link at right, "About Our Warranty""

All returns must be pre-approved. They must be accompanied by an AUTHERIZATION #.

To get your number, just Goods returned in "as new" condition are accepted if under the warranty period and we have issued a return authorization notice.
